Policies

All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Services must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time to be rescheduled. 

Classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled class. If a class is cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled class, you may register for another class. 

Services and classes may be cancelled and rescheduled on-line through your Schedulicity account. 

Workshops and Events cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. 

Drop-in classes, single services, and single class + single service packages must be used within 30-days from date of purchase. 

4-class passes (group and private) must be used within 60-days from date of purchase.

8-class passes (group and private) must be used within 90-days from date of purchase. 

You may arrive to class up to 15-minutes prior to the start of a class. If you arrive 10 minutes after the start of a class, please do not enter. If entering a class late, please enter as quietly as possible to minimize any disruption to the other participants. 

Please park in any open parking space or along the green curbed side of Heatherleigh Place.
